The Product is provided on an **"as is"** and **"as available"** basis. We do not warrant that the use of BoostMaths.uk will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to carry out scheduled maintenance, withdraw the Product, or introduce fees at a later date with prior notice.
We grant you a non-exclusive licence to access and use the Product for educational teaching and learning purposes within your Organisation. You must not:
Tim Dolan T/A Elucidate Studio owns all Intellectual Property Rights in BoostMaths.uk and the content/software it contains. Your access grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the rights.
The collection and processing of Personal Data (such as name and email address) are governed by our **Privacy Policy**, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Product, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy.
Since the Product is provided free of charge, Tim Dolan T/A Elucidate Studio's liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including loss of data or loss of teaching time, arising from your use of the Product.
These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with **English law**. The English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes.
